Health Benefits of Tea: This research paper was published in the journal Aging. The title of this research was ‘Habitale Tea Drinking Brain Efficiency: Brain Connectivity Impact’. During the research, attention was paid to the habits of people who drink tea every day.

At the same time, this study also included a group who do not drink tea. Those involved in the research were aged 60 years and above. All these people provided information about their mental health, daily lifestyle and overall health.
